The aim of ARK SPA PALACE is to stimulate the mind, challenge the body and leave you in high spirits. Dance fitness with an amazing soundtrack gives great results.

It's more than just fitness - it's an experience

One of the key features of dance fitness classes is that they are accessible to almost all fitness levels. They also provide you with an easy and fun way to get active through a wide range of destinations.

Group workouts focus on cardiovascular exercises. The trainers plan a simple choreography that gets the participants moving to raise their heart rate. Styles such as Zumba and Bachata fall into this category.

Friendly dance fitness instructors will guide you through dynamic Mix Dance (a combination of dance and aerobics) workouts that focus on weight loss, coordination, flexibility, immunity and mental health. We approach fitness and health by encouraging sustainable habits.

Dance fitness styles

It's a good idea to become familiar with the different styles of dance workouts before trying them out. We will arrange a subscription for you fitness club, which includes both groupas well as individual training.

Zumba

This is a full body cardio workout that includes Latin American music and dance moves. In this fitness exercise, you will alternate between fast and slow movements for continuous calorie burning. Zumba has no dress code, age or fitness restrictions.

Bachata

Bachata, with its sensual movements and trusting interaction with a partner, is a complex but very exciting dance. Basic lead and follow techniques, turns, as well as some style moves will be explained.
