IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO FREEZE THE CARD?
If the possibility of suspension is provided by the type of your card, you can suspend by contacting the sales department or calling by phone (0482) 328-328. The maximum period of freezing is 15, 30 and 60 days depending on the type of card.
WHAT'S THE CLUB'S HOURS OF OPERATION?
Ark SPA Palace working hours:
– SPA complex: weekdays from 7:00 to 23:00, weekends and holidays from 9:00 to 23:00
– Fitness club: weekdays from 7:00 to 23:00, weekends and holidays from 9:00 to 21:00
– Cosmetology: daily from 9:00 to 21:00.
CAN I GIVE MY CLUB CARD TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO VISIT THE CLUB?
Your season ticket is registered and according to the rules of our club only you can use it.

To visit the swimming pool, you must bring a bathing suit. Bath accessories (bathrobe, slippers, towel and sheet) are provided by our club.
