Various types of equipment are used in the classes: dumbbells, barbells, TRX loops, fitness balls and others. The formats are suitable for both beginners and experienced participants – the load varies individually

Strength training with the use of a barbell (weight is selected individually). The special format of the lesson allows you to effectively work all major muscle groups
