A salt room (bath) means a room in which the climatic conditions are the same as in a natural salt cave. The temperature regime of our salt rooms is about 40-50 degrees and the humidity is 15-20%. Due to the reduced humidity, the air does not change its original structure. The smallest salt particles are released into the environment by special devices. Intensive salt injection takes place every 10 min.
The high concentration of salt along with high temperature, relatively low humidity and air pressure creates a healing microclimate in the room. Staying in such a room has a positive effect on many vital systems of the body, promotes rejuvenation, general recovery and relaxation. First of all, inhalation cleanses the respiratory organs from accumulated toxins.
