You don’t have to worry about snacks, as there is an acre spa restaurant on the territory of our complex. In the steam room you can wear a felt cap and wet it with cold water.

To get used to the heat, you need to sit or lie down for a few minutes at the very bottom, and then gradually rise higher. Optimal temperature and humidity are created by splashing boiling water on the heated stones in small portions, which makes the steam less humid, “light” or “soft”. For proper blood circulation and the greatest relaxation of muscles it is important that the body is evenly heated, for this purpose it is better to lie in the steam room, periodically changing the position of the body.
